We need to normalise enlightenment!

Enlightenment is inevitable!

There's a natural human evolution, an expansion of consciousness and we are all a part of it!

Compelled to grow and mature, the spiritual path is leading us to deer insights and discoveries. Most will be enlightened sooner or later!

There's a strong stigma attached to Enlightenment and we need to let it go! That one shouldn't talk about it or call themselves enlightened! That it's only available for strict followers of a particular spiritual denomination!

If you think that enlightenment is something extremely rare and it almost cannot happen to you, you're actually blocking it off. Let's not create distance and separation, you are loved as you are!

In fact you cannot escape your enlightenment as long as you're living consciously and surrendering to life!

And why even Enlightenment in the future? Why not now? Are you not the light in the world? Are you not shining the light in the lives of others through your love, care and companionship?

You are the enlightened one! You are the Self! Your love and your presence fill this universe and this creation is your greatest delight! The infinite possibilities in life bring you an endless joy!

I would never condemn anyone from talking about enlightenment, spiritual awakening, spiritual experiences. I feel it's important to support one another with integrating them and embodying the new realisations and insights. Only then we can live in the new expanded Consciousness and be fully of service to others. You cannot employ parts of you that you have rejected.

I came to know about the levels of consciousness in 2019. I found it strange at first but I decided I can learn something from it!  Let's not think of the numbers in a linear way, it's more like a mandala that's expanding infinitely. Instead of Levels of Consciousness as originally named, I like to call them layers or expansion, freedom and love! You don't have to know them in order for the spiritual process to unfold! For those who feel curious and look for an understanding of the deeper process taking place, here it is! Please note the journey is very individual and you may experience different insights/freedoms during your own spiritual unfolding! 

In my early 20s I came to 12 Step Recovery. I found it incredibly powerful in dealing with addictions, compulsive behaviour, and dysfunctional relationships. I learnt a lot about myself and went through trauma release, emotional healing, the 12 steps process. That was the start of a conscious spiritual journey and it is calibrated in the 500s level of consciousness. This phase includes various therapies, self help books, conscious conversations, journaling and self reflections; meditations. I was practising Osho meditations and had lots of release and awakenings of energy and bliss. Love and meditation raise consciousness towards the 600s.

In the 600s LOC (Level of Consciousness), one starts having spiritual experiences. One knows the void, pure being, delights in peace and expansion. Life starts to feel quite spontaneous and light. Grace is taking over and there is ever growing love and peace. Knowing of oneness and flow. This is when I found advaita and non duality. I did self enquiry and was absolutely relaxing in presence, space and Beingness. It's a point of seriously getting off the hamster wheel and into a more connected intuitive life. I saw myself as the Self, meaning there is only one of us, we are one and not separate. This is Love, this is Surrender and great joy for the human soul. At this point I became conscious that I need to intentionally integrate the spiritual and physical dimension. Oneness doesn't mean ignoring or neglecting the individual's needs and wants, own voice and choice. It doesn't mean people pleasing, co-dependency, enmeshment.

In the 700s life starts to feel quite ecstatic and cosmic! It may feel blissful and elevated. Previous spiritual experiences are getting integrated into the body, deeper healing of trauma, relationships, self expression. The duality is thinning away yet there is still a sense of separation between me and the oneness. Although I was enjoying the bliss, I was annoyed that I wasn't one 24/7. It felt out of sync, uncomfortable, I knew I wanted to be deeply rooted in oneness. I was heavily pregnant when I was in my 700s and was living in bliss and feeling that literally everything is possible. (When I say living in bliss I don't mean I was in bliss and others were not, I mean everything and everyone is bliss and this is who I am) The individual sense of empowerment was growing strong and I found myself having to assert myself very strongly in order to give birth at home.

Few days after giving birth I felt that the bliss had subsided in some sort of presence, being and void and that was everything and beyond. That was my entry into the 800s and a coach I was seeing suggested to me that the intensity of giving birth could literally push my consciousness to the 800s. Typical for this stage is the sense of peace, rest and expansion. New layers of conditioning resurface in order to be resolved. Old suppressions and rejections start to fade away and one stands as an authority and a conscious creator of their own life. The strong sense of empowerment and authority is truly liberating. One leaves behind the idea of me and a God or a devotee as an identity.

A while after the 800s I entered a state of bliss again and a sort of expansion.  In the 900s, the previous levels are integrating deeper and a new expansion of consciousness rises up. Blocked channels of the body are set free and deeper bliss rises. In the process of liberation, the Shaktipat energy awakens all energy centres in the body so they can be fully free and used in life. The intuition becomes stronger and clearer. I had a really strong sense of being pulled by Consciousness through the last couple of hundreds and that I will be pulled into full liberation and merging with Unity Consciousness!

This led to a Full Kundalini Awakening and expansion of the crown chakra into Unity Consciousness! I felt deeply grateful and humbled when that happened! In the days to follow the energy was settling itself down and integrating into the body. At 1000, one reaches Enlightenment and there is no more separation of any kind, unity prevails on all levels of existence. There's a deep devotion, love, gratitude, humility, silence. The Consciousness is freed from the spiritual seeker and one is liberated. It's a state of infinite expansion, unity and bliss. Sweet tears of freedom and joy!
